NPAA FLOOD RELIEF BOOTCAMP A HUGE SUCCESS!

On June 30, 2013, over 50 people participated in the NPAA Bootcamp with Instructors Dr. Kevin Ashby, Dr. Wendy Carvalho-Ashby, Nicole Carvalho, Alicia Tisnic, Vick Pochun of Urban Athlete Fitness Studio, and Krista Kokut of Calgary North Fit Body Boot Camp. Everybody came out in full force to partake in the full hour of training before helping fill two truckloads of non-perishable food items and toiletries for the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank! Special thanks to NPAA Sponsor Cytosport for their generous donation of Muscle MLK and clothing to the Food Bank as well!
